I am a retired physician with five years of experience in TNP (The Next Phase). There are a rapidly increasing number of individuals who are either considering or have already entered TNP. For many, this can be a time of considerable apprehension and concern about the new and unknown. 

Based on my own personal experiences and trials, I have found this new stage in my life to be extremely unique, rewarding and rejuvenating. With that in mind, I have written an article, 

Managing TNP 

with specific concepts and tips to share with and, hopefully, inspire your readers to embrace this new stage.
